At Epharma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Epharma account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
